If you need urgent help because you have toothache or a dental emergency ring us at the office first thing in the morning and we will do our best to see
you that day. If you have a problem out of hours still ring the office and our message will tell you what you need to do. We are in the Precinct in the
town centre of Portishead. The nearest car park is The Co-op which is free for up to three hours.
Surgery hours are
Monday 9:00 to 5:00
Tuesday 9:00 to 5:00
Wednesday 8:30 to 5:00
Thursday 9:00 to 5:00
Friday 8:30 to 4:00
There is someone in the office every week day from at least 8:30 am until 5.00 pm. We close between 1 pm and 1.55 pm and do a Saturday morning surgery
once a month. We have a hearing loop for the hard of hearing and a ramp for wheelchair access. Although we are a first floor practice, we have a chair lift
which can allow more elderly or those with restricted movements to attend the practice.

If you miss an appointment and we are unable to fill it at short notice, you will be charged for the time that we have lost unless it is a genuine emergency
when we reserve the right to waive the charge.
